Detailed Return Process for Physical Products
Step 1: Contact the Vendor via Thediamo stores & Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery by logging into your account, going to "My Orders," and selecting "Return Item" Or by emailing @ [thediamostores@gmail.com] with your order number. This creates a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Package and Ship
Once you receive the RMA number and return instructions, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship the item to the address provided by the vendor. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 3: Inspection and Refund
After the vendor receives and inspects the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
